Those of you who have been reading our blog for a while know how much focus I put on having a bias towards action.
Many times, I’ve recommended to customers that they get out and start collecting customer feedback and stop worring about fine tuning the questions.
The simple fact is that a couple of days of customer feedback will do more to improve your business and fine tune your questions than a month of navel gazing and internal discussions.
