As a team, Genroe consultants are a diverse mix of highly specialized, intelligent and business-savvy professionals. Each team member has at least 15 years of experience in their unique specialty field. Genroe is more than a consulting firm. With over twenty years of experience developing intelligent customer management programs, she has overseen record growth in profitability for Genroe's clients. By specializing in the evaluation of customer bases, Tracey applies her analytical expertise to successfully implement programs that retain and grow customer value through reduced customer attrition, resulting in a significantly better ROI for clients.

Tracey works with a number of major international and Australian clients in the telecommunications, financial services, insurance and retail industries, as well as one third of the world's Standard & Poor's AAA-rated banking institutions.

Adam_Ramshaw_smallAdam possesses nearly twenty years of experience in senior executive roles with global and local organizations. A natural strategist, he has a developed a deep knowledge of customer, financial and data analysis.

As the co-founder and Director of Genroe, Adam has been responsible for the creation and implementation of customer-centric strategies and measurements. Adam has led Genroe to become a successful marketing and strategy consultancy, with his clients including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, QBE, IAG, AMP and MBF.

Prior to his founding Genroe, Mr. Ramshaw held various roles in marketing and general management, including his roles as Managing Director at a successful software company and as Head of Corporate Financial Planning and Strategy for Scitec, Ltd. In addition, Adam has held a variety of senior-level roles with Honeywell, at their offices in Australia and the US.

In addition to his role at Genroe, Adam is also widely respected on the international and domestic speaking circuit for his expertise in customer strategy, econometrics, data analysis and customer-driven financial modelling. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, as well as an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and is often a guest lecturer for the Master's program at FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia).
